BAKING TIME: Total 30 minutes

BAKING TEMPERATURE (Celcius): Upper 235c / Bottom 200c

 

BAKING INSTRUCTION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  2. Thaw the Chicken Siew Bao about 1 hour or until fully defrosted.
  3. Apply egg wash before baking.
  4. Place tray into oven & bake with 235oC for up and 200oC for bottom.
  5. Apply egg wash again after 10 minutes of baking.
  6. Continue bake for another 20 minutes.
  7. Apply sugar syrup for the last 2 minutes of baking (for a glossy surface), and continue bake.
  8. Done! Chicken Siew Bao are ready to serve.
