BAKING TIME: Total 25 minutes
BAKING TEMPERATURE (Celcius): Upper 220c / Bottom 260c
BAKING INSTRUCTION:
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- Thaw the Chicken Pie about 1 hour or until fully defrosted.
- Apply egg wash before baking.
- Place tray into oven & bake with 220oC for up and 260oC for bottom.
- Apply egg wash again after 10 minutes of baking.
- Continue bake for another 15 minutes.
- Apply sugar syrup for the last 2 minutes of baking (for a glossy surface), and continue bake.
- Done! Chicken Pie are ready to serve.
