BAKING TIME: Total 25 minutes

BAKING TEMPERATURE (Celcius): Upper 240c / Bottom 200c

 

BAKING INSTRUCTION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  2. Thaw the BBQ puff for about 1 hour or until fully defrosted.
  3. Apply egg wash before baking.
  4. Put sesame seeds on top as topping (if needed).
  5. Place the tray into the oven & bake at 240 C for up and 200 C for the bottom. 
  6. Apply egg wash again after 10 minutes of baking.
  7. Continue bake for another 15 minutes.
  8. Apply sugar syrup for the last 2 minutes of baking (for a glossy surface), and continue bake.
  9. Done! BBQ puff are ready to serve.
