BAKING TIME: Total 25 minutes

BAKING TEMPERATURE (Celcius): Upper 220c / Bottom 260c

 

BAKING INSTRUCTION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  2. Thaw the Chicken Pie about 1 hour or until fully defrosted.
  3. Apply egg wash before baking.
  4. Place tray into oven & bake with 220oC for up and 260oC for bottom.
  5. Apply egg wash again after 10 minutes of baking.
  6. Continue bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Apply sugar syrup for the last 2 minutes of baking (for a glossy surface), and continue bake.
  8. Done! Chicken Pie are ready to serve.
