BAKING TIME: Total 30 minutes
BAKING TEMPERATURE (Celcius): Upper 235c / Bottom 200c
BAKING INSTRUCTION:
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- Thaw the Chicken Siew Bao about 1 hour or until fully defrosted.
- Apply egg wash before baking.
- Place tray into oven & bake with 235oC for up and 200oC for bottom.
- Apply egg wash again after 10 minutes of baking.
- Continue bake for another 20 minutes.
- Apply sugar syrup for the last 2 minutes of baking (for a glossy surface), and continue bake.
- Done! Chicken Siew Bao are ready to serve.
