BAKING TIME: Total 25 minutes
BAKING TEMPERATURE (Celcius): Upper 240c / Bottom 200c
BAKING INSTRUCTION:
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- Thaw the BBQ puff for about 1 hour or until fully defrosted.
- Apply egg wash before baking.
- Put sesame seeds on top as topping (if needed).
- Place the tray into the oven & bake at 240 C for up and 200 C for the bottom.
- Apply egg wash again after 10 minutes of baking.
- Continue bake for another 15 minutes.
- Apply sugar syrup for the last 2 minutes of baking (for a glossy surface), and continue bake.
- Done! BBQ puff are ready to serve.
