Refunds & Returns Policy
- When and how can I apply for a product exchange?
We do not accept return after the goods is received by our customer. Please check that the goods ordered are received in good condition upon delivery. However, you may return the goods to us with the criteria eligible below:
- Received the wrong product (e.g. different product)
- Received a product with physical damage (e.g. product defrosted)
- Product is expired
- What evidence or documents do I need to show?
When you submit an email to us, the more information you can give us about the issue, the better we can help to resolve it. This includes:
- Order number
- Product name
- Quantity
- Photos of the product
- Can I request a return/refund if I have ordered the wrong items and the good is delivered to me?
Goods sold are not refundable/returnable. Kindly check your orders at the order page/cart before proceeding to check out for payment.
- Can I request a refund?
The refund can only be issued under the following criteria
- Wrong order from AUTHENTIC
- Wrong pricing stated on the Authentic website
- The product ordered is out of stock
Refunds will only begin processing once the request is approved. Once approved, The equivalent amount will be credited to the initial payment method. Please note that a refund usually takes 5-15 business days to appear on your statement, this may vary.
