Shipping Policy
Authentic aims to deliver within the agreed time frame upon purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.
At Authentic, all of our shipments will be sent out from Monday – Friday. Orders will be processed on the next day and customer will be receiving the order within stipulated working days except public holiday.

1. Where does Authentic Online Store ship?
Delivery limits to selected Klang Valley area Malaysia. We will refund the full amount in case your location is unreachable by our logistics.
2. How long will it take to ship?
Delivery will be completed within 5 business days. (Monday – Friday, except Public Holiday)
**Only available in selected Klang Valley area. Delivery for the locations out of Klang Valley is temporarily not available.
3. How can I track my order?
We will send the delivery date to the e-mail address associated with your order once the order is ready. Alternatively, reach out to us via WhatsApp or phone if you did not receive the date of delivery.
4. What happens when the recipient is not available upon delivery?
When our driver arrives at the delivery location, they will allocate 15 minutes of waiting time. If the recipient is unreachable by call and is not there to receive the order in the 15 minutes period, our driver sends the item back.
