BAKING TIME: Total 24 minutes

BAKING TEMPERATURE (Celcius): Upper 235c / Bottom 215c

 

BAKING INSTRUCTION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  2. Thaw the Teo Chew Puff about 30 minutes or until fully defrost.
  3. Apply egg wash before baking.
  4. Place tray into oven & bake with 235oC for up and 215oC for bottom.
  5. Apply egg wash again after 10 minutes of baking.
  6. Continue bake for another 14 minutes.
  7. Apply sugar syrup for the last 2 minutes of baking (for a glossy surface), and continue bake.
  8. Done! Teo Chew puff are ready to serve.
